Hello! I’m Richa Sharma, a passionate mentor and educator from Banda, Uttar Pradesh. With a degree in Electronics and Telecommunication, my journey has taken me from the corporate corridors of Reliance Telecom to the challenging world of UPSC preparation and beyond.

• Began my teaching journey at AOEC, mentoring aspirants in English, Mathematics, and Reasoning.
• Spent 4 enriching years at Vision IAS, contributing as a content developer, guest faculty, and test designer, refining my expertise in content creation for Mains and Prelims.
• Mentored over 200 aspirants at Drishti IAS, where I designed and executed their flagship Mains Mentorship Program, guiding 12 students to Mains success, including 7 first-time qualifiers.
